Anaphylaktoide Reaktionen in der Anaesthesie

Zusammenfassung

Als anaphylaktoid werden Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen bezeichnet, die der Anaphylaxie ähnlich sind, aber unabhängig von vorheriger Sensibilisierung auftreten und auf einer Freisetzung von Histamin, möglicherweise auch anderer vasoaktiver Substanzen beruhen (PATON 1957). Der Begriff der Anaphylaxie sollte jenen Reaktionen vorbehalten bleiben, die nach wiederholter parenteraler Fremdeiweißzufuhr auftreten (Reallexikon der Medizin).
