Vergleichende Untersuchungen der Dosis-Wirkungskurven verschiedener Muskelrelaxantien

Zusammenfassung

Muskelrelaxantien vom nichtdepolarisierenden Typ werden heute allgemein in der Anaesthesie verwendet. In der Literatur finden sich klinische Berichte sowohl über eine Verlängerung der Wirkung von Curare bei Niereninsuffizienz (RIORDAN et al. 1971) und Pancuronium beim Ileus (BAIRD 1970, LÜBKE 1971) als auch über die Unwirksamkeit von Curare und Pancuronium bei Lebererkrankungen (BAIRD 1970, DINNICK 1958, DUNDEE et al. 1953, LÜBKE 1971 und MEYERBURGDORFF 1970). Veränderungen im Säurebasenhaushalt sind bei diesen Erkrankungen häufig (WELT 1965). Diese Unterschiede in der Qualität und Dauer der Relaxantienwirkung bei verschiedenen Patienten können nicht durch die Pharmakokinetik und -dynamik erklärt werden.
