Zusammenfassung

Seitdem Körte 1899 seine klassische Einteilung vorschlug, unterscheidet man allgemein:

  1. 1.

    Echte Cysten (= Cysten mit epithelialer Auskleidung).

    1. a)

      Retentionscysten (entzündliche, traumatische, paraneoplastische).

    2. b)

      Kongenitale und dysontogenetische Cysten (einfache Cysten, polycystische Erkrankung, Mukoviscidose, Teratome, Dermoidcysten).

    3. c)

      Neoplastische Cysten (Cystadenome, Cystadenocarcinome).

    4. d)

      Parasitäre Cysten.

  2. 2.

    Pseudocysten (= Cysten ohne epitheliale Auskleidung).

    1. a)

      Postnekrotische Pseudocysten.

    2. b)

      Posttraumatische Pseudocysten.

    3. c)

      Degenerative Pseudocysten (bei Zerfall bösartiger Tumoren).
