Abstract

Binet presented one case of lymphoblastic transformation of CLL, one case of prolymphocytic leukemia as described by Galton, and two cases of atypical CLL with small and large cell types. He found with the peroxidase technique (Avrameas technique) the same type of light chain Ig globulin on both types of cells.
