Abstract

Three facts are use well known about the tentorial meningiomas (TM): first that they are rare, since they represent only 4% of all intracranial meningiomas, respectively about 18%0of cerebellar meningiomas (M),

second that they can grow “on iceberg” above and below the tentorium, which, however, was observed in only 1/5 of our cases, third that they are often, but not regularly, irrigated by the tentorial artery (Fig. 1 and 2).
