Abstract

The treatment of enuresis has for a long time, and I think with some justification, been regarded as a field in which behaviour therapy has most reliably achieved good results. Treatment is, however, beset by some major problems, partly of the type in which the prerequisite cooperation between the child patient and his familiy on the one hand, and the clinic on the other, may break down, and partly of the type in which a treatment response is not established with acceptable efficiency, stability or permanence. Our project was concerned with practical problems, occurring in a field setting.
