Im Rahmen der Beratungstätigkeit einer international bekannten Consulting- Firma an der Deutschen Klinik für Diagnostik im Jahre 1971 trat das Problem auf, ein allgemeines Planungsmodell für die Unternehmenslei tung auf der Basis der Patientenstruktur zu entwickeln und Ergebnisse anhand dieses Modells vorzulegen.
