Zusammenfassung
Trotz verbesserter chirurgischer, radiologischer und chemotherapeutischer Möglichkeiten konnte die Mortalitätsrate maligner Neubildungen des Ovars bisher nicht gesenkt werden. Eine Verbesserung der Heüungsergebnisse ist daher vor allem durch verstärkte Frühdiagnose zu erwarten.
