Abstract
This chapter will focus on what is perhaps the most difficult aspect of coronary artery anatomy, the posterior division of the left coronary artery. We will examine 12 specimens primarily demonstrating its mode of termination and relation to the ostium of L.V. In addition, we will observe the general features of the specimens, e.g., the mode of branching and the course of both the right and left coronary arteries in relation to the A.V. sulci and the myocardium.
