Zusammenfassung

Klinische Beobachtungen und tierexperimentelle Untersuchungen sprechen für eine funktionelle Genese von glomerulärer und tubulärer Nierenschädigung während des Verschlußikterus. Der Einfluß der portocavalen Anastomose auf die Nierenfunktion bei bestehendem Verschlußikterus sollte hier geprüft werden.
