Abstract
Writing about tRNA isoacceptors in the silk gland of B. mori demands a review of this lepidopter. The silkworm is a very interesting system for the molecular biologist at the end of its larval life, the fifth instar, when the silkworm is 5–8 cm long and the silk glands have grown to occupy an appreciable amount of the body space.
