Abstract
Urodynamic exploration represents an essential stage in the diagnosis of obstructive uropathy. It provides information about the functional capability of the urinary tract and, consequently, about the chances of recuperation after removal of an obstacle. It is useful in formulating therapeutic indications and it generally leads up to the prognosis.
