Abstract
These next two chapters deal with work which is current as the manuscript is being written, and thus will have a greater share of discussion, examples, and sketches of ideas, and proportionately fewer theorems than the previous chapters. The singular part of the flow has a richer and more complex structure than the regular part, and this causes the theory to be much harder. In spite of this, we will set forth some theory, though not nearly so complete a presentation as for \( {G_r}\left( \varphi \right) \).
