Zusammenfassung

Das Anaestheticum Ketamin hat nach seiner Einführung weltweite Anerkennung gefunden. Wegen seiner Vorzüge wird es häufig in der neuroradiologischen Diagnostik verwandt, [2, 3, 4, 22, 27], z. B. bei Ventriculographien und Pneumencephalographien. Im Hinblick auf das Krankengut erscheint es uns unerläßlich, die Auswirkung von Ketamin auf die intrakraniellen Druckverhältnisse zu kennen. Nach den bisher nur vereinzelt vorliegenden Mitteilungen von Evans, Gardner, Hagimori und List, kommt es nach Ketamin zu Liquordrucksteigerungen.
