Zusammenfassung
Von 1955–1969 wurden in unserer Klinik 156 Patienten wegen einer Struma maligna behandelt. Darunter befanden sich 7 Kinder im Alter zwischen 8 und 15 Jahren (4,5%). Obgleich sie zahlenmäßig in der Häufigkeit ihres Vorkommens deutlich hinter den Wilms-Tumoren und Neuroblastomen rangieren, verdienen die Schilddrüsencarcinome unter den bösartigen Tumorerkrankungen des Kindesalters bevorzugte Beachtung.
