Zusammenfassung

Zahlreiche Untersuchungen aus jüngster Zeit haben gezeigt, daß einige krebserzeugende Substanzen eine immunsuppressive Wirkung besitzen. Die Arbeiten von Stjernswärd [6–8], Stutman [9], Gericke u. Mitarb. [2] und Kearney [4] berichten übereinstimmend, daß nach Gabe von Careinogenen vom Typ der polycyclischen Kohlenwasserstoffe wie 20-Methylcholanthren, 3,4-Benzpyren und 7,12-Dimethyl-benzanthracen eine deutliche immunsuppressive Wirkung bei Versuchstieren zu beobachten war.
