Zusammenfassung

Zum Abschluß sollen einige Geräte zur Bestimmung der Viskosität besprochen werden. In den meisten stellt sich die Hauptströmung als sog. viskosimetrische Strömungsform ein. Dies ist eine stationäre Strömung, bei der nur eine Komponente des Deformationsgeschwindigkeitstensors D, und zwar eine Scherkomponente von Null verschiedene Werte annimmt.
