Zusammenfassung
Wenn Zeitreihen einen gemeinsamen stochastischen Trend aufweisen, sind sie kointegriert. Mit ihnen kann ein Fehlerkorrekturmodell aufgestellt werden. In dieser Arbeit wird ein spezielles Renditemaß für den Rentenmarkt und den Aktienmarkt verwendet, mit dem der gemeinsame stochastische Trend sichtbar wird. Bei Jahresrenditen wird ein deutlicher Vorlauf des Rentenmarkts erkennbar, der sich für Aktienmarktprognosen nutzen läßt. Der Zusammenhang ist jedoch in den achtziger Jahren nicht stark genug für gewinnbringende Prognosen. Dagegen kann die Richtung von Monatsrenditen am Aktienmarkt mit gesamtwirtschaftlichen Früh-Indikatoren erfolgreich vorhergesagt werden. Die Überrendite gegenüber dem Aktienindex kann noch etwas gesteigert werden, wenn der Fehlerkorrekturterm der langfristigen Gleichgewichtsbeziehung zwischen Renten- und Aktienmarkt berücksichtigt wird.
