Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden die Komponenten beschrieben, die ein maschinelles System benötigt, um eine visuelle Meß- oder Erkennungsaufgabe erfolgreich durchzuführen. Wir orientieren uns dabei an der grundlegenden Dreiteilung Sehen, Erkennen, Entscheiden, wie sie in Anlehnung an das menschliche visuelle System in Kap. 1 eingefügt worden ist. Hier geht es darum aufzuzeigen, welche technischen Möglichkeiten dazu heute und in naher Zukunft zur Verfügung stehen. Abbildung 2.1 faßt die grundsätzlichen Teilschritte zusammen.
