A Visualization Method of the Second Order Tensor Fields for the Finite Element Analysis

Visualization Methods which are based on modern computer graphics techniques play an essential role in the interpretation of the computational results from the finite element analysis. A new algorithm is presented for effective colour presentation of the second order tensor fields in this context.
