Treatment of Singularities in Higher Order Boundary Elements

Abstract

Treatment of singularities is one of the main numerical problems in Boundary Element Methods. In this paper, an approach of coordinate transformation is proposed to eliminate the integration singularities explicitly in higher order boundary elements for 3-D potential problems.
