Zusammenfassung
Die Zotten (1) des Plexus chorioideus — der das Dach des dritten und vierten Ventrikels sowie Teile der beiden Seitenventrikel auskleidet — sind mit isoprismatischen Zellen bedeckt. Ihre freie, konvexe Oberfläche ist mit zahlreichen langen Mikrovilli besetzt. Die runden Kerne liegen vorwiegend in der Mitte des Zellkörpers. Ein basales Labyrinth (2) dient dem Stofftransport.
