Zusammenfassung
Die Informationsasymmetrie zwischen Unternehmen und dem oder den Bilanzadressaten wird mit Hilfe eines unvollständigen Spiels erfaßt. Als "Lösung" dieses Spiels werden sequentielle Gleichgewichte betrachtet. Sie bestehen in einer Ausweisstrategie des Unternehmens, die seine Informationspolitik bestimmt, und in strategischen Reaktionen der Bilanzadressaten. Beide bilden jeweils eine beste Antwort auf die Strategien der anderen Spieler.
