Zusammenfassung

Der Wandel der Industriegesellschaft zur Informationsgesellschaft hat zur Folge, daß die Verfügbarkeit von Informationen und der effektive Umgang damit mehr und mehr zu den entscheidenden Wettbewerbsfaktoren werden. Diese Entwicklung hat elementare Auswirkungen auf die berufliche Arbeit. Neue Formen des Lernens und Arbeitens müssen gefunden und die Beschäftigten darauf vorbereitet werden. Im Rahmen eines Pilotprojekts wird derzeit ein multimediales Lern- und Informationssystem mit intensiver Benutzerbeteiligung entwickelt, eingeführt und evaluiert (Bild 1).
