Zusammenfassung

Zur Skizzierung des aktuellen Standes experimenteller und klinischer Forschung im Bereich Thoraxchirurgie wurden einerseits wissenschaftliche Original-Publikationen aus Deutschland sowie die publizierten Beiträge des Chirurgischen Forums der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Chirurgie der letzten beiden Jahre herangezogen.
