Zusammenfassung
Nach einer Transplantation (Tx) erleiden bis zu 31% der Patienten eine Infektion. Diese wird in 47% der Fälle von Bakterien, in 41% von Viren und in 12% von Pilzen ausgelöst. Alle diese Infektionen (IF) können die Symptome einer akuten oder chronischen Abstoßungsreaktion (AR) verschleiern und deren Diagnostik und Therapie erschweren [2, 8, 9]. Die dabei verwendeten diagnostischen Verfahren liefern keine besonders verläßlichen und schnellen Ergebnisse im Fall überlappend auftretender Ereignisse. Bei nicht adäquater Therapie verschlechtert sich der Zustand des Patienten bis hin zu dessen Tod. Deshalb ist die Entwicklung einfacher und täglich durchführbarer Methoden des Immun-Monitorings nach Tx wünschenswert.
