Zusammenfassung
Die Herzfrequenz ist ein prognostischer Index des kardiovaskulären Risikos vor, während und nach einem koronaren Ereignis [1,2,3]. Nach einem akuten Myokardinfarkt beträgt das Risikoverhältnis fär Patienten mit einer Herzfrequenz äber 90 Schlägen pro Minute bezogen auf Patienten mit einer Herzfrequenz unter 60 Schlägen pro Minute 2,7, und das Risiko steigt bei über 110 Schlägen pro Minute deutlich an.
