Zusammenfassung

Störungen der zellulären Hämostase gehören zu den häufigsten Hämostasestörungen in der Klinik. Das bedeutet, daß beim Ausschluß eines perioperativen Blutungsrisikos keineswegs nur Störungen der plasmatischen Gerinnung und Fibrinolyse sondern ebenso Störungen der zellulären Hämostase zu beachten sind. Da hereditäre Störungen sowohl der plasmatischen wie der zellulären Hämostase selten sind, stehen erworbene und allen voran medikamentöse Wirkungen im Vordergrund.
