Zusammenfassung

Protein Z ist ein Vitamin-K-abhängiges Protein, das in der Leber synthetisiert wird. Die Erstbeschreibung von bovinem Protein Z erfolgte 1977 durch Prowse u. Esnouf [14], humanes Protein Z wurde 1984 von Broze u. Miletich [1] gereinigt bzw. charakterisiert.
