Zusammenfassung

Seit der Entdeckung von 201Thallium (201Tl) als Perfusionsmarker des Myokards [1] hat sich die Myokardszintigraphie zu einer Routinediagnostik für den Nachweis von Durchblutungsstörungen des Herzmuskels entwickelt. Zunächst als planare Technik in 3 Ebenen (1. anteriore, 2.45°–60° links anteriore und 3.70°–90°links laterale Sicht) entwickelt mit der Darstellung von inferiorer Wand, Apex und anterolateraler Wand in der 1. Sicht, des Septums, der inferoapikalen Wand und der Posterolateralwand in der 2. Sicht sowie der anterioren Wand, des Apex, der inferioren und posterioren Wand in der 3. Sicht, verbreitete sich mit der Tomographietechnik die Single-Photon-Emissions-Computertomographie (SPECT) als Methode der Wahl zur Bestimmung der Myokardperfusion [2].
