Die Diagnostik der Beinvenenthrombose aufgrund klinischer Zeichen und Symptome ist absolut unzuverlässig, und deshalb muß bei geringstem Verdacht zum Nachweis oder Auschluß eine apparative Diagnostik eingesetzt werden.
