Zusammenfassung

Anhand von Serienuntersuchungen von Menschenaugen hohen Alters wurden Involutionserscheinungen an Linsenkapsel, Corpus ciliare, Processus ciliares festgestellt. Die Processus ciliares und der Sulcus sind zurückgebildet, was als Ursache der Luxation der Hinterkammerlinsen in den Glaskörper gelten kann.

Summary

It has been found that the posterior chamber lenses catapulted in the vitreous and the involutional phenomena have a decisive role in relation to old age. The causes of the catapultation of posterior chamber lenses into the vitreous can be the easily torn lenscapsule, the regressed processus ciliaris, and the disappearance of sulcus.
