Zusammenfassung
Der PC hat sich ohne Frage zu einem Allgemeingut des täglichen (Berufs-) Lebens entwickelt. PC-kompatible Rechner-Architekturen sind heutzutage aber auch im Bereich der Produktions-automatisierung bis in die Prozeß-Steuerungsebene eingedrungen (Bild 1).
