Zusammenfassung
In der Dermatotherapie werden zunehmend systemisch applizierte Medikamente mit hoher Wirksamkeit angewendet, so daß die Notwendigkeit besteht, auch Arzneimittelreaktionen durch Wechselwirkung von Medikamenten zu beachten. Die Möglichkeit einer pharmakologisch relevanten Wechselwirkung beginnt mit dem Resorptionsprozeß und endet mit der Elimination. Demnach sind vor der Resorption stehende Interaktionen — wie zum Beispiel die Präzipitatbildung bei entsprechender falschen Mischung in Infusionslösung — Inkompatibilitäten. Angaben über die Häufigkeit von Arzneimittelreaktionen reichen je nach untersuchter Patientengruppe von 0,3% bis über 80% bei geriatrischen Patienten, die mehr als 20 Medikamente erhalten [19, 20]. Entsprechend müssen Patienten als besonders gefährdet gelten, die viele Medikamente erhalten, also ältere Patienten, Aids- Patienten und Diabetiker.
