Zusammenfassung
Paraneoplastische Erkrankungen sind Krankheitsbilder, die überdurchschnittlich häufig mit malignen internen Erkrankungen assoziiert sind, diesen in ihrer klinischen Manifestation zeitlich vorausgehen können und nach erfolgreicher Therapie des malignen Tumors wieder abheilen [12, 15]. Im Bereich der Dermatologie kommen den paraneoplastischen Erkrankungen daher Markerfunktionen für die frühzeitige Erkennung eines malignen Tumors sowie möglicher Rezidive zu. In einzelnen Fällen gestattet das paraneoplastische Syndrom sogar die spezifische Diagnose des zugrundeliegenden Tumors, wie beim nekrolytischen migratorischen Erythem, dem in den meisten Fällen ein Glukagonom zugrundeliegt.
