Zusammenfassung

Die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Medizinrecht e.V. (DGMR) hat vom 6. – 8. Oktober 1995 in Berlin und vom 24. – 26. April 1996 in Heidelberg jeweils einen Workshop zur Entwicklung des Arzthaftungsrechts veranstaltet. Das Ergebnis dieser Arbeitstreffen wird im folgenden vorgestellt.
