Zusammenfassung
Man kann klinisch davon ausgehen, daß bei 95 % der Patienten mit areflexiver Blase und bei etwa 50 % mit Reflexblase eines der aktuellen konservativen Therapieverfahren ausreichende Sicherheit hinsichtlich der Lebenserwartung bietet und sich positiv auf die Lebensqualität auswirkt. Für die restlichen Patienten stehen differenziertere operative Verfahren zur Verfügung, die individuell eingesetzt werden können.
