Zusammenfassung

Provokationstests dienen im Rahmen einer urodynamischen Untersuchung der gezielten Beeinflussung des sakralen Reflexbogens und des neuromuskulären Regelkreises. Anhand der zystometrisch faßbaren Reaktion auf den gesetzten Reiz erwartet man zusätzliche Hinweise auf die zugrundeliegenden Pathome-chanismen.
