Zusammenfassung

Dieser Übersichtsartikel versucht einen Überblick darüber zu geben, welche Chemo- und Biosensoren unter Umständen einen kommerziellen Markt finden können, bzw. welche Probleme dem noch entgegenstehen. Am Beginn sollen auch Argumente genannt werden, die einen Einsatz von stofferfassenden Sensoren in der Analytischen Chemie in Ergänzung zu den zahlreich vorhandenen Analysenverfahren rechtfertigen. Dieser Beitrag beschränkt sich ausschließlich auf Sensoren zur Messung in flüssiger Phase; das sehr umfangreiche Feld der Gassensoren soll demnächst in einem gesonderten Beitrag dargestellt werden.
