Zusammenfassung

Der akute oder prothrahierte thrombotische Verschluß ist die häufigste Komplikation bei Gefäßprothesenoperationen. Eine ausgeprägte Verbrauchskoagulopathie bei Versorgung mit Kunststoffprothesen wurde nur in wenigen Fällen beobachtet [3-6]. Wir berichten über eine Patientin mit einem extraorganischen axillobifemoralen Bypass, die im Zusammenhang mit einer chronischen Verbrauchskoagulopathie mehrfach Blutungen erlitt.
