Zusammenfassung
Eine der schwerwiegendsten Komplikationen einer fibrinolytischen Therapie ist die intrazerebrale Blutung. Bei Erwachsenen mit fibrinolytischer Therapie wegen eines Myokardinfarktes liegt die Hirnblutungsinzidenz zwischen 0,3 und 5% [25]. Als Risikofaktoren für die Entwicklung einer intrazerebralen Blutung als Folge einer fibrinolytischen Therapie wegen eines Myokardinfarktes wurden zunehmendes Alter, Hypertonie bei stationärer Aufnahme sowie niedriges Körpergewicht beschrieben. Des weiteren zeigte sich, daß die Verwendung von rt-PA mit einer höheren Inzidenz intrazerebraler Blutungen assoziiert ist als die von Streptokinase [7,14,30].
