Zusammenfassung

Die konservative Therapie der Non-ulcer-Dyspepsie wird sich zunächst im wesentlichen auf die vorhandene Symptomatik beziehen. Sind jedoch im Rahmen der weiterführenden Diagnostik bestimmte Funktionsstörungen erfaßt worden, können diese zum Teil auch mit konservativen Therapiemaßnahmen gezielt beeinflußt werden. Neben einer medikamentösen Therapie sind andere allgemeine Änderungen des Lebensstils oder diätetische Modifikationen der Ernährung in vielen Fällen logisch und sinnvoll.
