Zusammenfassung
Die klinische Medizin basiert auf der retrospektiven Korrelation spezifischer Symptome mit anatomischen, strukturellen, morphologischen oder laborchemischen Veränderungen und der prospektiven Anwendung dieser Befundkonstellationen in der Diagnostik und Differentialdiagnostik der einzelnen Erkrankungen. Motilitätsstörungen der tubulären Speiseröhre führen in der Regel zu Symptomen ohne ein anatomisches, strukturelles, morphologisches oder laborchemisches Korrelat. Diagnose, Differentialdiagnose und Therapie der Motilitätsstörungen der tubulären Speiseröhre sind deswegen umstritten [5, 21].
