Zusammenfassung

Wir beginnen dieses Kapitel mit einer einfachen Beschreibung der Holographie und werden dann wichtige Aspekte, wie die Lage der Bilder, das Auflösungsvermögen und den Einfluß der Wellenlänge, behandeln. Unter der allgemeinen Überschrift optische Informationsverarbeitung behandeln wir die Abbesche Theorie des Mikroskops, räumliche Filterung, Phasenkontrastmikroskopie und angepaßte Filterung (matched filtering), kurz: alles, was oft mit Fourier-Optik bezeichnet wird.
