Zusammenfassung
Der Tumormarker 5-Aminolävulinsäure wird entsprechend der Instillation in der Urologie 1 nun auch in der Bronchologie 2 topisch, d.h inhalativ eingesetzt. Die neu entwickelte Inhalationstechnik ermöglicht eine homogone Deposition der Substanz in der Lunge. Da größere Tumoren oft nur partiell fluoreszieren, nutzen wir als alternatives Verfahren zusätzlich die verminderte Autofluoreszenz über Tumorgewebe. Beide Verfahren sind direkt visuell bildgebend and ermöglichen die Früherkennung maligner Veränderungen. Dies ist Grundlage für den kurativen Emsatz der photodynamischen Therapie 4.
