Zusammenfassung
Antithrombin (AT) ist der wichtigste Inhibitor im Gerinnungssystem. Eine entsprechende Verminderung der Aktivität dieser Serinprotease bedeutet eine erhöhte Thrombosegefahr. Es ist deshalb die Bestimmung von AT im Plasma bei einer Reihe von Indikationen erforderlich.
