Abstract
This report describes the various procedures performed concerning quality control of the clinical data (A-sheet, Fig. 1), including a discussion of how they were measured, and the NEMS data (B-sheet; Fig. 2) in the EURICUS-I project. The controls started immediately after the field research and were performed on the already received data. The numbers presented therefore differ from the final data used in the final analysis of EURICUS-I since was possible to retrieve a large part of the missing values.
