Zusammenfassung

Zu den Verletzungen des proximalen Femurs zählen neben den eigentlichen Hüftkopffrakturen die Schenkeihals- und die pertrochanteren Frakturen. Brüche im subtrochanteren Bereich stellen aufgrund ihrer besonderen biomechanischen Probleme den Übergang zu den Frakturen im Schaftbereich dar.
