Zusammenfassung

Die Störung der Darmmotilität bei der akuten nekrotisierenden Pankreatitis (ANP) gilt als ein wichtiger Faktor für die bakterielle Translokation. Eigene Voruntersuchungen haben gezeigt, daß die Motilitätsstörungen durch Volumentherapie oder durch enterale Gabe von Gallen-/Pankreasfermenten nur partiell verbessert werden kann. Daher muß nach weiteren Therapiestrategien gesucht werden. In dieser Studie wurde erstmals die Wirkung von Endothelia, einem bekannten Vasokonstriktor der glattmuskulären Gefäßwand, auf die Darmkontraktilität untersucht.
