Die dominierenden Faktoren des hepatischen Ischämie-und Reperfusionsschadens sind die Freisetzung von Sauerstoffradikalen, die Mikrozirkulationssörung mit sinusoidaler Vasokonstriktion und die Aktivierung des unspezifischen Immunsystems [1].
